We provide custom molded donuts for the glass-line industry. These donuts are used on conveyor rolls and are available in a wide variety of styles, sizes, colors and durometers. Our donuts come in solid, ribbed or tapered styles.
Donuts are available in press-on, lock-style or free-turning types with a variety of inserts and bushings (Vekton, metal, brass and/or with plastic Igus bushings).
J-Morco® also provides solid wrapping of conveyor rolls. We can provide new rolls for you or reclaim your existing rolls. We are also able to repair or replace the journals.
The materials that our donuts are made from have been specially developed for glass contact and have a high degree of durability.
Our donuts and conveyor rolls are guaranteed to be non-marking. They may also be available in zinc-free and/or ozone resistant materials.
Our rubber donuts are manufactured to fit conveyor systems from 4" to 8" OD.
